Return Policy

At Gickeys, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During holidays, sales, new releases, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your shipping label is created.

Delivery Times

Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Gickeys’ control.

Please Check Your Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact Gickeys as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  Check around your porch, mailbox, garage, side door, or other delivery areas

  Ask household members or neighbors if they received the package
  
• 
  Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information
  

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact Gickeys so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Gickeys is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery or for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Gickeys because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order shipped again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Gickeys within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can review the issue and make it right.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available for your order, you may select that option during checkout.

Local pickup is currently planned for Parks, Arkansas and Plainview, Arkansas.
