2. Products & Availability

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and other information about our products.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may sell out or become unavailable at any time.

Gickeys reserves the right to limit quantities purchased and to correct pricing, product descriptions, availability, or other errors on our website.

If an error affects an order you have placed, we may contact you to discuss the issue or cancel the affected portion of your order and provide an appropriate refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

By placing an order, you authorize Gickeys and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of a payment method, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other issues that prevent us from properly fulfilling the order.

4. Orders

When you place an order with Gickeys, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or that the products are guaranteed to be available.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount charged for the canceled portion of the order.

Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and other order information are accurate before completing your purchase. Gickeys is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Gickeys will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe provided on our website.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If a package is returned to Gickeys because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

6. Returns & Store Credit

Our return policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise stated, Gickeys accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returned merchandise must meet the requirements outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

7. Gift Cards

Gickeys gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No cash back will be provided for gift card purchases.

Gift card purchases are final.

8. Customer Accounts

If you choose to create an account with Gickeys, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Gickeys is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
